The Chasselas



Spherical, medium, light-green to amber-yellow berries which are speckled with a red colour in the sun.

Fine but resistant skin with a juicy and tender flesh.

Ripens during the first period.

The clones : 16, 19,  20,22, 26, 29, 31, 33, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 201, 303, 532, 887, 888, 889, 890, 891.

The Danlas


A cross between Dabouki and Chasselas.

Bigger berries than that of Chasselas which are spherical and white.

Good resistance during transport.

Ripens during the first period, one week after the Chasselas.

The Dattier of Beyrouth

Elliptical, very large berries which are golden white with a thick skin and a fleshy pulp.

Ripens during the third period.

The clones : 304, 306, 966.

The Gros Vert

Greenish-white, ovoid berries which are large (25 X 20 mm) with a juicy pulp, a simple taste and with low sugar.

The Italia

Elliptical and very big berries which are amber-yellow, becoming rosy when ripe.

Thick skin, fleshy pulp which is crunchy and with a slightly muscat flavour.

Ripens during the third period, about four weeks after the Chasselas.

The Muscat of Alexandrie

Elliptical, big to very big berries which are yellowish-white with a quite thin skin, a fleshy pulp and a muscat taste.

Ripens during the third period, about one month after the Chasselas.

The Ora

 

 

A cross between (Cinsaut X Perle de Csaba) and Cardinal.

Green to golden berries depending on the degree of ripeness.

Elongated, Supple bunches requiring little sorting and picking through.

Ripens during the first period, at the same time of that of Cardinal and about two weeks before the Chasselas.
